I share this beautiful meditation with you by Zen monk Thich Nhat Hanh.
A good starting point could be to set the intention to observe how you feel, what you think and the decisions you make at all times.
They say about me that I am optimistic, as well as smiling, happy, strong, intelligent and vital; sometimes too passionate and sensitive at times I would say and, it is true. But yes, I am an optimist, and very much so. If I believe in anything, it is in human potential and their ability to improve and grow as people. And if there is any conflict, we will dedicate the time necessary, always focusing on solutions; because that is what conflict, resolution/occupation and not worry needs. And I also believe that the possibilities are even greater if we do it together, with an attitude of cooperation and understanding. I grow from there, the basis of human knowledge starts from the other and also from the attitude and reflective look towards our interior. For example, meditative practice, of which so many benefits are already known, starts from that first introspection so that it is then shared, projected onto everything and everyone around us. What would be the point if not, if we only did it for ourselves. Today we can say that we have become aware that self-care is the first step in the process; And, that goes through the phase of discovery about ourselves, what we think, feel and do. Without that awareness, there is no possibility of change. As we sharpen our vision, we are more capable of making the changes we want in our lives; Therefore, we need observation, knowledge and then, the appropriate strategies and tools to be able to achieve it, with patience, courage, perseverance, determination and passion, essential coordinates for success. And this is the path to change.
